Privacy policy
Updated on 3 November 2026.
Who handles your data
Vicente Miravalls Garcia, con NIF 53250722H. For anything about your data, write to privacidad@bardcut.com.
What we keep
Your email, the page language and your answers to the form: language you play in, where you play, how you record, how many voices, whether you publish, what you'd pay and whether you accept a call.
What for
To let you know when beta uploads open, to decide which groups go first and, if you agreed, to suggest a call. We don't send advertising or hand your data to anyone for their own purposes.
On what basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
For how long
Until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Who else processes it
Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores the list, both as data processors. We count visits without cookies and without data that identifies you.
Beta recordings
If you upload a session we keep your email, the title, the audio tracks, the timeline if you provide it, the moment you accepted these terms and your feedback at the end. By uploading it you declare that you have the permission of everyone heard on it. We use them only to produce your episode and deliver it. The tracks and the delivery are stored on our own machines, in Spain, and are deleted 30 days after delivery; an upload that is never finished is deleted 30 days after its last change. You can ask us to delete them earlier by writing to privacidad@bardcut.com.
Who processes the recordings
Audio cleaning, transcription and mixing run on our own machines. The transcript text is analysed by language models from OpenAI and Anthropic, as processors, to propose the edit and write the summary; they do not receive the audio. Supabase stores your account and the episode status, and the notification email is sent through Resend.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@bardcut.com. If you think we haven't honoured them, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
